Waukesha Farmers' Market is open Saturday, May 5 to October 27, 2012. Farmers' Market hours are 8:00 a.m. to Noon. We have over 80 vendors selling produce, meat, plants, flowers, bakery and hand crafted items. We now have Waukesha Farmers' Market gift certificates available the perfect gift for Mother's Day. Saturday, May 19 and Sunday, May 20 there will be many events for Historic Preservation Weekend both downtown and the surrounding area. The activites will include a historic walking tours of downtown and on McCall Street, a open house at Prairie Home Cemetery with living historians portraying prominent Waukesha citizens interred there. A fashion show and living historians from the Spanish American, Civil War and Native Americans at Cutler Park. Silurian Spring behind the Post Office will be open also from 10:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.  Several historic homes will be open on Sunday from Noon - 4:00 p.m..  

 

June 1 Waukesha Freeman Friday Night Live starts and continues every Friday through the end of October from 6:30 - 9:00 p.m. Six outdoor stages. Stages are located at

Allô! Chocolat 234 W. Main St., Martha Merrel's & Cuddles 231 W. Main St., Poppin' on Broadway 258 W. Broadway, The Steaming Cup 340 W. Main St., Mia's on Clinton St. 800 Clinton St., and Magellan's on Main 370 W. Main St.

 

June 2 the Spring City Garden Club will be having their Perennial Plant Sale from 8:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the E.B. Shurts Environmental Center, 810 W. College Avenue.
