Board of Directors
The Board is the sole policy making authority for the BID and generally meets monthly.
Executive Committee
The Executive committee includes the President, Vice-President, Treasurer and Secretary of the BID. The immediate past
President also serves as an ex-officio member of the Executive Committee.
The Executive Committee sets the agenda for each
Board meeting and performs such other duties as may be authorized by the
Board from time to time.

DT Environment & Streetscape
The committee focuses on programs that improve the visual image of the BID. Areas addressed may include cleanliness issues, litter eradication, building façade improvements, lighting, building maintenance issues, recommendations for infrastructure improvements, public art recommendations, etc.

Business Retention, Expansion & Recruitment
The committee focuses on programs that aid in the retention and recruitment of businesses.

The committee focuses on the promotion of downtown Waukesha and the Business Improvement District. All efforts are to increase awareness of the positive aspects of downtown, the events, and the businesses and to promote downtown Waukesha as a vibrant place to live, work, shop, eat and play.

The committee works to ensure that the BID is in good fiscal position and help to identify sources of revenue to further the purposes of the BID.
