Business Details
The name, Generations at 5 Points, derived from three generations of family finding the perfect opportunity to work together to operate a trendy lounge and eatery. Five Points comes from the geographical location in Waukesha. "The idea of working together as a mother and daughter team began 20 years ago with thoughts of opening a sandwich shop," said Delaine Nelson. Nelson along with daughter Kathy Oberholtzer, are the owners of Generations at 5 Points. "With the expansion of our family and our interest in the restaurant industry, we thought this was an ideal time to involve our family members and their vast array of talents."
Jeff Oberholtzer is the executive chef of Generations. Jim Oberholtzer manages the lounge and Sarah Oberholtzer manages the dining room. All three are Nelson's grandchildren.
Generations @ 5 Points brings the trendiness of a Downtown Chicago Restaurant to the heart of Downtown Waukesha. Serving Tapas in the evening along with a variety of specially selected wines and specialty martinis, the diner will enjoy a relaxed atmosphere, with fine wines, specialty martinis, and finer beverages in the finest of the Tapas traditions. |
