Downtown Waukesha BID Vision

Downtown Waukesha as an outstanding urban environment. It is a vibrant, safe, nurturing, progressive, beautiful community with a supportive city government. There is a viable, useful mix of successful quality shops, art galleries, businesses, and restaurants. The residential fabric consists of a blend of high-quality, occupant-owned condominiums and a reasonable mix of apartments with no undue concentration. The infrastructure, buildings, streetscapes, parking, gateways and River Walk are in great condition, with a character and quality respectful of the past and always looking to the future.
