Melanie Manuel, previous owner of Celesta, a vegan restaurant on the east side of Milwaukee will be your Chef for the evening. This is NOT a cooking class, but rather a seated dinner event where you will be served a wonderful dinner that will include Warm Garlic baked brie with Butternut Walnut Sage Bruschetta, Caesar Salad with homemade Croutons, Crabless Cakes with Dill Remoulade, Whipped Sweet Potatoes and we’ll finish it off with Wisconsin Old Fashioned Pots de Creme. Please note, this menu will contain dishes with nuts and gluten.
